About Me
As an Intuitive Empowerment Coach, I offer my empathic ear, supportive systems and accountability to people who are ready to experience transformation from places of low self-esteem, lack of confidence, overweight, injury, illness, and anxiety to places of freedom, courage, confidence and abundance.
I am passionate about helping others to heal and grow as I coach my clients to live a life that encompasses the best possible version of themselves so that they can live in a place of empowered belief, self-love, positive self-image, and free from anxiety and fear. Together, we take a holistic approach to whatever is holding you back from living your best life NOW!
I am a Certified Health and Life Coach with a B.A. in Psychology and a wealth of other education and training programs under my belt. I am a self-development work in progress and can tell you that the learning never ends. The Mastery is in accepting and enjoying the journey for all of the wonder that our unique human adventure has to offer.
Our time spent together will be unique to your needs. There are several modalities that I utilize to help you get clarity on your desires, challenges, and what actions to take. I am a lot of WOO with a grounded and gentle way of guiding you to the answers that lie within you. We may explore numerology, astrology, oracle cards and other sources of divination inside my signature readings and my signature Cosmically Coded for Confidence Coaching packages.
I also spend time volunteering and and am a Mentor for the Ontario Brain Injury Association. I serve to be an inspiration to those finding their way through this illness and to be a light that inspires others to take the time to understand it better.

I will say you have stayed by me even when my beliefs were telling me otherwise. Your style got me to really, REALLY see what I'm about and what I'm doing, thinking, believing. Yes, many times it was uncomfortable. Every time there was a breakthrough.
